Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3 business days.

 

Shipping rates and delivery estimated

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Currently we only ship to the United States forty-eight contiguous states and Washington, DC. However, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military bases or diplomatic locations.

 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

When your order is processed and a tracking number is available, you will receive an email with tracking information.

 

Delivery

  • We guarantee to deliver your order within 30 calendar days from the date that your item is confirmed as shipped by the shipment carrier.
  • If your package is not confirmed as delivered by the shipment carrier after 30 calendar days, you will be entitled to a full refund.
  • All packages confirmed as delivered by the shipment carrier are considered received goods and become the full responsibility of the purchaser.
  • Our (Bluedevine.com) responsibility for shipping is discharged upon receipt of a confirmed delivery notice from the shipment carrier.
  • Any issues regarding missing packages for confirmed deliveries must be taken up by the purchaser directly with the shipment carrier.
  • Any claims for refunds/damages arising from missing packages of confirmed deliveries must be taken up by the purchaser directly with the shipment carrier.

 

Customs, duties, and taxes

Bluedevine.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). This should be impossible since we do not ship internationally.

 

Damages

Bluedevine.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
